Vickery Court

Ideally positioned close to the entrance of North Invercargill, Vickery Court is a beautiful and well-maintained rest home and hospital. Featuring stunning gardens and lovely courtyards, it’s easy to see how residents feel very welcome and at home here.

Residents are well looked after by experienced registered and enrolled nurses and care staff. Residents are encouraged to maintain their independence yet invited to participate in the range of activities on offer, through the weekday quality of life/wellbeing programme. These are planned by the dedicated activity coordinators in conjunction with the residents’ requests and include local entertainers, housie and outings to name a few. Vickery is also conveniently located right beside Countdown supermarket.

Throughout the home, rooms feature shared ensuites with access to enclosed courtyards and the common areas are light and spacious.

The home is fortunate to have a dedicated service team that work in association with therapy aides, including a physiotherapist and registered diversional therapists. Further services, including hairdressing, podiatry and a dietician are also available upon request. Respite care may be available, permitting bed availability, please contact the manager to discuss.
