Employing well over 400 staff it is essential that our people management processes are well- structured, run like clockwork, build capability and culture and provide real support to those working with our clients and residents.
The focus of this role is to facilitate efficient and effective HR processes in the workplace, and to enable Managers to provide great support to their staff. It is a facilitation and leadership role, providing guidance and direction to our central office and site-based managers and staff.
You will draw on a broad base of HR experience, to quickly identify and implement systems and process improvements, working with a team both directly, and remotely. You will have a service-driven mind-set and be committed to understanding the priorities of colleagues and the organisation.
A confident communicator, you will be able to rapidly assess where, and how, you can add value as a People and Capability Lead to the day-to-day operation of our services and support our teams.
