About the role:

Maintenance Team Members are responsible for the building and maintenance services, as part of the wider maintenance team, for all Presbyterian Support Southland Properties.

Key responsibilities:

  • Providing building and maintenance service for our properties across Southland.
  • Keeping accurate records of work completed and meeting all compliance requirements e.g. Health and Safety Act
  • Monitoring the Building Warrant of Fitness Compliance Manual checks including programmed and emergency maintenance
  • Ensuring all work is carried out within agreed timeline and budget.

What you will need to be successful in the role:

  • A full New Zealand drivers licence
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external clients
  • Ability to prioritise workload
  • Trade Qualification preferred
