People and Capability Administrator (Invercargill)

Mō te tūraka | About the role:

We have a permanent part time role (50 hours per fortnight) for an Administrator with previous experience with Human Resource and/or Recruitment administration to join the team at Presbyterian Support Southland.  Reporting to the People and Capability Lead the role is responsible for the accurate, professional and timely provision of all things administration. 

Ngā kawenga | Key Responsibilities:

The main responsibilities of the role will include:

 

  • Providing end to end recruitment administration
  • Supporting our managers as they work through the recruitment process
  • Completing pre-employment checks
  • Maintenance of personnel records
  • Administrative tasks as directed e.g. scanning, filing

Ngā pūkenga | What you will need to be successful:

  • Previous experience in a similar role with an understanding of HR functions and Recruitment processes
  • Experience with payroll and HRIS systems
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Meticulous attention for detail
  • Qualification in Human Resources or similar an advantage
