Administration Support - Finance Team

The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator, who will report directly to the Director of Finance and Business Support and will provide backup for the finance functions as well as providing support to all members of the Finance Team.

This role will include, but is not limited to, providing back up for the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions as well as assisting the HR Coordinator. Using your extensive organisational skills, you will also be responsible for assisting the other Administration staff throughout the organisation.

 

Preferred applicants will:

•Have a minimum of two years experience in an administration position.
•Have experience with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
•Be able to demonstrate their experience with Word, Excel and other Microsoft Office products.
•Have excellent communication and time management skills.
•The commitment to providing services in the spirit of the Treaty of Waitangi.
