About the role:

We are seeking an experienced administrator to join our team at Family Works.

This position is Monday to Friday for a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours per week. There may be some flexibility around start and finish times for the right candidate.

The Administrator is responsible for timely and accurate completion of administrative activities along with providing relief at reception.  This role has a wide range of tasks offering plenty of variety.

Key Responsibilities:

Key tasks are varied and include but are not limited to:

  • Accurate and efficient word processing and data entry.
  • Filing, photocopying, file destruction.
  • Greeting visitors and handling all incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Assist occasionally with transporting of clients and childminding.

What you will need to be successful in the role:

  • Have a minimum of two years’ experience in an administrative position
  • Be able to demonstrate intermediate level  experience with Word, Excel and other Microsoft Office products
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Have a positive attitude and be able to work within a team and on your own.
  • Have good time management and organisational skills.
