Presbyterian Support Southland (PSS) has netted a new partnership with the Ascot Park Hotel Southern Steel for the 2018 netball season, which will benefit both Enliven and Family Works.
Enliven will be an Associate Partner of the Steel and through this, Family Works has been confirmed as the Southern Steel’s Official Charity for 2018.
The partnership will include a number of elements, including brand exposure, fundraising initiatives, advertising and communications, game day hosting and the opportunity to create exclusive experiences.
PSS Marketing and Communications Manager Shelley Erskine said the partnership aligned well with the organisation’s core values and strategic priorities.
“We are really excited to align our brands with a high performing team that is really invested in its community,” she said.
“To have a partnership that benefits both Enliven and Family Works is really valuable, and we are excited about the season ahead which will present a number of opportunities for us to link together. We are confident the partnership will see plenty of goals scored – both on and off court.”
Southern Steel Corporate and Communications Manager Kate Buchanan said the franchise was thrilled to join with PSS.
“Community plays a vital role in our organisation and this partnership provides us with a fantastic platform to really connect with a variety of people,” she said.
“Some of our most loyal support stems from residents so the players are eager to meet with them and will no doubt get some great advice from all the passionate netties and sports fans.”
The Steel starts its 2018 campaign in May.
